Wholeness
Exploring separation, non-dual thinking and a more integrated approach to leadership, relationships and decision-making.
An annual six-part journey for entrepreneurs to explore timeless principles that can reshape how we lead, decide, relate and build.
Running each year from September to October, Conscious Entrepreneurship brings together experienced entrepreneurs, subject matter experts and contemplative perspectives to explore what happens when inner development becomes part of the entrepreneurial journey.
Entrepreneurship is not only about what we build. It is also about who we become while building it.
The Conscious Entrepreneurship Masterclass Series is an annual TiE Melbourne program for entrepreneurs and leaders who want to explore the relationship between inner awareness and outward action.
Each edition runs from September to October across six live masterclasses. Participants are invited to pause, reflect and examine familiar entrepreneurial questions through a broader lens, drawing from contemplative traditions, leadership, lived entrepreneurial experience and practical reflection.
Each session offers ideas to explore, stories to learn from and opportunities to engage with others on the same journey. The intention is not simply to consume information, but to create space for reflection, conversation and practice.
The program was founded by TiE Melbourne Charter Members Saurabh Mishra OAM and Sheela Edwards, who envisioned a space where entrepreneurship could be explored alongside awareness, purpose, inner development and wellbeing.
Exploring separation, non-dual thinking and a more integrated approach to leadership, relationships and decision-making.
Meeting change, uncertainty and transition with greater presence, acceptance and equanimity.
Acting with purpose and clarity without becoming overly dependent on recognition, validation or immediate outcomes.
Recognising the relationships, systems and communities that make entrepreneurship possible and sustainable.
Bringing the ideas together and considering how conscious entrepreneurship can become part of everyday leadership and action.
Entrepreneurship often asks us to move quickly, make difficult decisions and navigate uncertainty. Yet the quality of those decisions is influenced not only by strategy, but by the way we relate to pressure, ambition, relationships, change and ourselves.
Develop greater awareness of the assumptions, attachments and patterns that shape decisions.
Create more space to respond thoughtfully rather than simply reacting to pressure and uncertainty.
Explore how relationships, trust and interdependence influence the resilience of organisations and communities.
Reflect on success, ambition and action in ways that consider both performance and wider wellbeing.
The program creates space to ask not only “What should I do?” but also “How am I showing up as I do it?”
Each annual edition moves from introduction and inquiry through to integration, with the six-part structure creating a connected exploration of conscious entrepreneurship. Session dates and contributors are announced by TiE Melbourne each year.
