ABOUT US

TiE Melbourne is the only Australian chapter of TiE, a global network of entrepreneurs.

It comprises highly experienced Australian entrepreneurs, many of whom have seen their startups scale to >AU$100 million market capitalisation.

Its purpose is to grow entrepreneurship in Australia by helping:

  1. Early-stage entrepreneurs to scale through lived advice, valuable connections as well as angel funding.
  2. Experienced entrepreneurs grow internationally through strategic connections in the US, South Asia, and Europe, access vetted investment opportunities, and find meaning and balance through opportunities to help selflessly and explore consciousness practices in entrepreneurship.

Due to TiE’s historical origins, a majority of TiE members have South Asian roots (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal). However, this is not a requirement for membership.
